My husband and I (as well as both of our now grown children) have been taking our cars to Pat for over 10 years. We have never had a bad experience. Pat is honest and fair. He never pressures you to fix or replace parts. I don't know what I would do without him!

I noticed loud noises coming from the exhaust on my car. I brought it to Nelson's before work, and by lunch time the problem had been fixed. The price was very fair and the customer service was excellent. The next time one of my cars needs servicing I will bring it to Nelson's. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

They got my car in promptly. My parking brake was stuck and my caliper damaged. They did not pressure me into expensive repairs but disengaged only the bad side. They explained the operation of the brale and caliper and charged me fairly! i highly recommend them.

Change your oil and oil filter as specified in your manual, or more often (every 3,000 miles) if you make frequent short jaunts, extended trips with lots of luggage or tow a trailer.
